Luminate: Our Content Management System

The Luminate Content Management System (CMS) is designed to allow even non technical users to rapidly develop and easily depoy their website.

The CMS uses a true in-context WYSIWYG editor, changing content is like directly editing the live page, the final website will look exactly how it appears in the editor view.

The system was built from the ground up with usability being a top priority. Within the CMS the more frequently performed user actions are also the fastest and easiest to perform. This means that the system has a very shallow learning curve, non technical editors can jump right in and edit content with virtually no training on the system.

The system was also designed to be extremely flexible. Unlimited pages and articles can be created and any number of templates can be built into the system. ANY html based design can be implemented quickly into the system due to the innovative tag parsing engine, simply place a named div into the html page to create an editable area.

The CMS is written in php, mySQL, and utilises cutting edge AJAX technology. It is extremely straightforward to create plugins and modify the standard use of the cms, we are consequently able to rapidly create highly customised, cost effective solutions that cannot be replicated by 3rd party software.
