Luminate Design was established in late 2002. Since then we have completed various web solutions for clients from the SME marketplace, the corporate sector and local government. We are based near Ashford in Kent, but have clients as far away as North Yorkshire.
Our business consists of two partners, Zoe Rushforth and Rob Oates. Zoe does much of the design and will be the one you deal with mainly as a client, whilst Rob handles the more complex web solutions that we offer. Between the partners there are many years exerience of website development, design and marketing.
